Narragansett, R.I. - Craig Lynn Stelik, 78, died unexpectedly at his home July 14, 2023, after a long illness. He was born Aug. 2, 1944, son of Harry and Lois Stelik, in Providence, R.I.

Craig graduated from Warwick Veterans High School in 1963. Following graduation, he began an apprenticeship program as a Sprinkler Fitter with Grinnell Corp. Local 669. He was a very active parent and coached Little League, Babe Ruth and All-Star Baseball. He was the first coach for the SECYH ice hockey program. Craig was an avid golfer and enjoyed many years of playing with the Shenny Men's League. Craig retired from Local 669 in 1999.

Surviving in addition to his wife are Todd Stelik of Richmond, R.I., Aaron and Nicole Stelik of Waterford, Kate and Andrew Lautenburger of Niantic; five beautiful grandchildren, Ethan, Mali, Maura, Sienna, Cyrus; and many dear friends who were so loving and kind to him during his struggle with Alzheimer's Disease.
