Deborah Miller Obituary

Deborah came to Sarasota in 1984 from Toledo, Ohio. She had been in the marching band and later worked at Merrill Lynch Realty. She became a professional ballroom dancer and teacher. She was a member of Beautiful Savior Lutheran Church, Job's Daughter Masonic Women's Group, a founding member and past president of Community Associations Institute of Southwest Florida, served on the Legislative Alliance in Tallahassee, and served Manatee and Sarasota Counties as a real estate broker, property manager for community associations, and was licensed and taught CEU classes for realtors.
Left to cherish her memory are her mother, Irene Miller; brother, Michael Miller; nieces and nephews, Will Miller and his fiancé Tori Conte, Ashley Miller and Alyssa Miller and trusted co-worker for 37 years who is loyal and a friend like family, Mary Miller.
There will be a Celebration of Deborah's Amazing Life on Friday, May 20th at 2:00 pm at Beautiful Savior Lutheran Church, 7461 Prospect Road, Sarasota, Florida 34243. Memories and condolences may be left online at www.MFHcares.com.

I knew Debbie for almost 2 decades. She made a promise to me awhile ago, that when I graduated and got my Associate's Degree, she would throw me a dinner party for 10. She threw that party for me with such gusto and pizzazz. She was such a loving woman and had such much love to give anyone that needed it. She was our "psychiatrist" when we needed her. My condolences to the family.

As a member of the Terraces of Forest Lakes Condo Association Board, I've had a chance to work with Debbie for the last five years. She was highly skilled as a property manager and was someone who knew absolutely everything about the business. She knew many, many contractors and tradespeople here in the Sarasota/Bradenton area and was respected by them all. She was also very helpful and friendly to me, so our business relationship turned in to a friendship. I really, really miss her!
