Destiny Cheyene Shelton - age 28 of Lebanon, TN and Leitchfield, KY passed away Tuesday, November 15, 2022. She is preceded in death by her paternal great grandparents, Henry & Estella Jarboe; maternal great grandparents, Rex and Louise Pearl; grandmother, Carol Shelton; grandfathers, Dan Shelton and William Earl Sowell; aunt, Brandie Gillum; and uncle, Tommy Shelton. She is survived by parents, Angela Gayle (Bill) Sowell and Michael (Donna) Shelton; daughter, Ahliana Cheye Hinson; brothers, Bailey Sowell and Nathan Shelton; sisters, Jazmine Sowell and Rachael Shelton; aunts, Victoria (Paul) Lindquist and Helen Jarboe Dear and her husband Jared Dear and her uncle Keith Gillum ; maternal great grandmother, Jean Fowler; grandmother, Norma Sowell; maternal grandparents, Victor and Rebecca Jarboe; uncles, Danny (Stacie) Shelton and James (Sharon) Clemons; cousins, Blake and Breanna Cook and Joze, Colton, Austin and Dylan Lindquist; second cousins, Lyla Gwynn and Colton Lowe; and boyfriend of 9 years and father to her daughter, Ian Hinson. Destiny loved to spend time with her daughter singing, dancing and playing video games. She also loved to cook and try new recipes whenever she could. Destiny was always the life of the party and enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. She had a big heart and anyone and everyone who met her, loved her. Her kind and loving heart made a big impact on everyone around her. She is one soul that will truly be missed in this life.
