Viewing 7:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Friday, April 21, 2023, at Brown Funeral Home Pine Bluff, AR. Funeral Service will be held 10:00 a.m. Saturday, April 22, 2023, at New Community Baptist Church Pine Bluff, AR by Dr. David Vaughn, Jr. Interment in Forest Lawn Cemetery Pine Bluff, AR by Brown Funeral Home of Pine Bluff. His body will lie in-state from 9:15 a.m. until service time.
