Elvira Aguilera

Elvira Ortiz Aguilera nació en Estancia La Colorada, Zacatecas, México. Sus padres fueron Rafael Ortiz Esparza y Guadalupe Moreno Espino. El 5 de agosto de 1955, contrajo matrimonio con Ricardo Aguilera y tuvieron 6 hijos: Esperanza, Sergio, María Elena, Carlos, Laura Lupita, y Abigail. Fue una madre ejemplar que siempre marco la disciplina firmemente en sus hijos.
El día 20 de noviembre de 1972, Elvira Aguilera fue bautizada en el nombre de Jesucristo por el Pastor José Mireles Vidaña en la 4ta Iglesia Apostólica de Cd. Juárez. El 30 de marzo de 1985, el Señor la llamo como ayuda idónea al llamado de su esposo para cumplir la misión del pastorado. En mayo del mismo año, con gran amor, dedicación y generosidad, la 1ra Asamblea Apostólica en Socorro, TX fue fundada y fue allí donde por 20 años, juntos sirvieron incansablemente a esta amada congregación.
La Hna. Aguilera, siempre será recordada como una mujer con el don de servicio y hospitalidad. En su hogar, extendió su mano al necesitado al hospedar a familiares, amigos, hermanos en Cristo o cualquier persona que tuviera necesidad. Al que llego a visitar su hogar, recordaran los deliciosos platillos de comida que ella preparaba con mucho amor.
El día 7 de febrero a las 11:35 am, tomo su último aliento aquí en la tierra. Su Creador y Señor Jesucristo, la recibió a Su gloriosa y hermosa presencia y también se reunió con su amado esposo y otros seres amados que ya se habían adelantado.
Le sobreviven 6 hijos, 17 nietos, 19 bisnietos y 3 hermanos que, con la ayuda de Dios, seguirán el
precioso legado que ella les dejo.
Fue una mujer temerosa de Dios con una fe inquebrantable y de muchos atributos más que sus hijos no terminarían en describirla. Para ellos, será recordada como la mujer virtuosa de Proverbios 31.

Se partirá para estar en el Cementerio Evergreen East, 12400 Montana Ave., El Paso, TX 79938, donde será el sepelio a las 2:30 p.m.

Esparza and Guadalupe Moreno Espino. On August 5, 1955, she married Ricardo Aguilera and they had 6 children: Esperanza, Sergio, María Elena, Carlos, Laura Lupita, and Abigail. She was an exemplary mother who firmly established discipline in her children.
On November 20, 1972, Elvira Aguilera was baptized in the name of Jesus Christ by Pastor José Mireles Vidaña in the 4th Apostolic Church of Cd. Juárez. On March 30, 1985, the Lord called her as a suitable help to her husband's call to fulfill the mission of the pastorate. In May of the same year, with great love, dedication and generosity, the 1st Apostolic Assembly in Socorro, TX was founded and it was there where for 20 years, together they tirelessly served this beloved congregation.
Sister Aguilera will always be remembered as a woman with the gift of service and hospitality. In her home, she extended her hand to the needy by hosting family, friends, brothers in Christ or anyone in need. Those who came to visit her home will remember the delicious food that she prepared with a lot of love.
On February 7 at 11:35 am, she took her last breath here on earth. Her Creator and Lord Jesus Christ welcomed her into His glorious and beautiful presence and she was also reunited with her beloved husband and loved ones who went ahead of her.
She is survived by 6 children, 17 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren and 3 brothers who, with the help of God, will continue the precious legacy that she left them.
She was a God-fearing woman with unwavering faith and so many attributes that her children could never finish describing her. To them, she will be remembered as the virtuous woman of Proverbs 31.
