Hi Jimmy,
Another year has come and gone. I keep thinking how much things have changed since back in the day - as they should - and how some things are still so much the same.
I hope all your family is well and your friends, the best of everything.
Ill be back again soon, friend.

Hi Jimmy,
Well, its a small world...In between everything going on, something good came out of this, I believe. I was emailing a close cousin of mine recently and I realized she had been in touch with one of our friends from back in the day, Rick and Lisa Gulbranson! Apparently, my cousins son and their son play together pretty frequently and I never even knew they all knew each other, lol!
So, there are people that came together partly because of your passing, Jimmy. Thank you!
We miss and love you...

Dear Jimmy, family and friends,
Sit down, buckle up, and hold on!!
Jimmy was a man that has been on many adventures, and he has had each and every one of us along for the ride of our lives at one time or another!
Jimmy was a good man, and was never at a loss for words. His sense of humor made us laugh and his practictal jokes kept us on our toes!
Jimmy had a heart of gold and touched more hearts and souls than he could ever imagine. He came in and out of our lives, and now he has us on another adventure.
Jimmy, we hope your soul is finally at peace. Until again we meet my friend see you at the crossroads.
Thank you for all the fond memories, you will never be forgotten, my friend.

The Sheffield Family,
I was just getting ready to enter Jr. High when Jeff (one of my closest friends in elementary school at Agassiz), passed away. I remember then how much of a shock it was to know that I would not be going my first year to Jr. High without Jeff. He would tease me in elementary but it was always in fun...6th grader stuff. Over the years I got to know Donald and then Jimmy, better. I still remember going over to your house with Missy Carlson and just hanging out with Donald and/or Jimmy and, them coming to mine to do the same. (My mom STILL remembers you calling her "mom" Donald, and has nothing but fond memories of you and Jimmy).
I woke up this past Sunday morning to read in the paper that Jimmy had passed away. Needless to say, I was (am) in shock. I called Kelly Johnson and let her know and Im sure she will be leaving an entry here soon, too.
I know times are more than painful right now for your family - and the loss of a child - a brother - a friend - is one of the greatest crosses to bear when it feels they were taken too soon. Please know that my thoughts and prayers are with you all.
And Donald...hang in there. We love ya out here, sweetie :)
Please feel free to contact me (anyone), if you'd like.
Take Care!

Nothing bad to say. Jim was like a big brother to me I always respected him and some how he had the same respect for me. I will miss Jim VERY MUCH, just knowing he is not here to watch my back is very dishearting. I do not know what else to say but, a good friend was lost to alot of people.

To the family of Jimmy,
I'm sad to hear of the loss of Jimmy. He will be greatly missed by many. He was a great friend of ours. Although not related I feel he was a brother to me. We spent alot of time together over the years and have done alot of crazy things. I wish I would have gotten to see him one last time. Our thoughts and prayers will be with you through these hard times. And knowing Jimmy is with his brother i find comfort in that, because we know he truly missed him. He'll always be with us no matter what watching over us now.
Love,
Rochelle, Donnie, & Family

To the Sheffield Family,
Our sincere sympathy in your loss of Jimmy.
I will always remember Jim as the kid who always came to our house on Friday night with a paper bag full of clothes and he would spend the week-end with our family...just another one of the kids. He was always respectful and we enjoyed him a lot. He would stop in for a visit every now and then after he grew up and we were always happy to hear from him.
I pray that his soul is finally at peace.
God be with you and your family through this tryng time. Rember the good times and the laughter you shared.
If there is anything we can do, please let us know.
