Dalton Lee Sheffield, 33, left this world far too soon on October 12, 2025. A proud, gun-toting Astros fan with a heart of pure gold, Dalton lived life with passion, laughter, and an unwavering love for his family.
He was the kind of man who would give the shirt off his back to help someone in need. Whether he was cheering on the Astros, taking weekend trips with his wife and kids, or just relaxing by the pool. Dalton found joy in the simple things and shared that joy with everyone around him.
Dalton will be remembered for his hard work, quick wit, and the way he could light up a room with his smile. His love for his family and his loyalty to those he cared about were unmatched.
He is survived by his devoted wife, Kara, his beloved daughters Maci and Sophia, his father Robert and stepmother Tina, his mother Lisa, as well as numerous family and friends who will forever cherish his memory.
Dalton is preceded in death by grandparents Don and Linda Sheffield, Esther Harris, sister Brittany Sheffield and Aunt Linda McAnespy.
A viewing will be held on October 24, 2025, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM, followed by a service celebrating Dalton's life October 25, 2025, at 10 AM.
Though his time here was short, Dalton made a lasting impact on everyone who had the privilege of knowing him. His memory will live on in the laughter of his children, the stories shared among friends, and the love he gave so freely.
