Jessie Mae Adams

ADAMS, Mother Jessie-age 92, of Flint, passed away Friday 6, 2024 at McLaren-Flint. Arrangements are incomplete at this time.
Mrs. Jessie Mae Adams was born December 27th 1931 in Flint, Michigan. The daughter of Ezeffa Caril.
Mrs. Adams was a resident of Flint, Mi. She attended Flint Central Hight School and graduated from Detroit Northwestern High School. Jessie worked for Ternstedt, a Division of General Motors, for 30 years. Mrs. Adams was a member of the Saved by Grace Church.
Jessie enjoyed having family and friends in her home for dinner and cook-outs. She enjoyed and was the life of the picnics and family reunions. Family members enjoyed chatting with her and relied on her extraordinary memory of people and places from "back in the day". Jessie was a good conversationalist.
Jessie is survived by her children: Gary Adams, Kim (Clarence) Johnson, Toy (Wayne) Grimes; grandchildren, Tranell (Alicia) Adams-Reid, Milante Adams, August Jones, Alisha (Greg) Leverette, Mario, Torria, April, Gary Jr., Pam, Candi, Rachel; step brother, Michael Dix; great grandchildren; nephew, Michael Short; cousins, The Coulter and Mitchell Families, Hatty Spellers, Courtney Coley and Milton Mitchell; sisters-in-laws, Leila Adams, Shirley Hoilett, Lolita Bright; special friends; Judith "Chick" Nolden, Ruth Watts and Alaine; a host of other relatives and friends.
Mrs. Adams was preceded in death by: husband, Henry Adams; mother, Ezeffa Caril; brother, James Caril, sister, Eljean Wilson and grandmother, Elvira Hewitt.
