Funeral service will be held on July 18, 2023 at 1:00 PM at Carmichael Funeral Home in Smyrna. Interment will take place at Georgia Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation will be held on July 17, 2023 from 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM at Carmichael Funeral Home in Smyrna.
Joann worked for Vette Vues Magazine.
