Joyce Marie Hall was born Jan 7th, 1960 in St. Louis County Missouri. She was the fifth child born to the union of Wardie Oneal Jr. and Ida Mae Hall. Joyce attended school in the Maplewood Richmond Heights School District. Joyce graduated from Maplewood Richmond Heights high school in 1978, and then went on to receive an associate degree at Hickey school. She worked at St. Paul Fire and Marine Ins. from 1979 - 1999 (16 years). Tenant Healthcare from 1999 - 2001, Florist business from 2001 - 2003, Financial Assest Collections from 2004 - 2012, Client Services from 2012 - 2017. Indebted 2017 - 2023.
Preceded her in death was her Father Wardie Oneal Jr., her Mother Ida Mae Hall, her brothers Johnny "J Kool" and James Hall, sister Loretta Mathis.
On Monday September 19, 2023 Joyce Marie Hall was called home at 9:20pm. She leaves to mourn her passing her brother Wardie Oneal III, her sister Wanda Renee Lofton, brothen-in-law Edward Lofton Jr. a host of nieces and nephews, numerous relatives, and loving devoted friends.
