Shirley Mae Gantney (nee Amos), of O’Fallon, MO, passed away Wednesday, October 1, 2025 at the age of 92.
Shirley owned and operated her own beauty salon in the 1970’s. Later in life she became a professional seamstress.
Shirley had four children with her first husband, the late Charles R. Green Sr.
Charles R. (Marlene) Green, Jr. of Mesa, AZ, William (Lynn) Green of West Alton, MO, Kathy Lesley of O’Fallon, MO, Kelly (Terri) Green of Biloxi, MS; 6 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren. Shirley is preceded in death by her parents Mr. and Mrs. Earl Amos; a brother, Earl Leroy Amos; and her husband John Gantney.
Shirley was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
