Kenneth Oscar Webb Sr, was born April 24, 1953 in Atlanta, Georgia. He was able to bless the lives of his biological parents Zelamrie Bullock and "Sunny". He peacefully departed this lifetime on January 14, 2025, at UC Hospital, surrounded by his devoted wife, children, and grandchildren.
Kenneth Oscar Webb Sr. spent his childhood being raised in Atlanta, Georgia by his mother Zelmarie Bullock and stepfather Issac Bullock Sr. He made his way to Cincinnati where he soon found himself in the field of hospitality. He was talented in many things and there was nothing that man could not do. His passion was in cooking and event coordination.
Kenneth Oscar Webb Sr. was known to everyone in Cincinnati as "Pops", and in Atlanta to all his nieces and nephews as their favorite uncle "Kenny". He was like a father to everyone around him and opened up his home to anyone in need. If you needed anything done, from help with cars, to fixing the roof on your house you can count on him, he was a jack of all trades. His family would describe him as one of the strongest men they knew. He loved body building and karate. Kenneth would chop bricks with his bare hands. He taught all his children to be strong just like him.
Kenneth Webb Sr. met his wife Chondolyn Webb at AAA and it was love at first sight for both of them. Their union created a blended family where they created a home for his children and stepchildren. They were married for 36 beautiful years and a bond like no other was created. Chondolyn Webb, never left his bedside in his last days here with us, spending weeks by his side until he took his last breath. Their love is one that most people dream of. His wife, children, stepchildren, grandchildren, siblings, nieces, and nephews will forever be grateful for everything he instilled in them. Kenneth is loved by so many people and will truly be missed.
He is survived by his wife, Chondolyn J. Webb. Three sons, Nakia Arnold (Ingrid), Kenneth Webb Jr., and Brandon Arnold. Seven daughters, Angel Plair, Kendra Webb, Kimberly Smith (Antonio Smith Sr.), Robin Webb, Kimberly Webb, Kenanna Webb, and Keneice White (Victor White). One stepson, Carlos Pearson, Four brothers Larry Webb, Issac Bullock Jr., Ivan Bullock, and Joe Webb Sr. Three sisters Eleanor Green, Alisa Lester, and Diane. Fifty-four grandchildren and ten great grandchildren. He is proceeded in death by his mother Zelmarie Bullock, father "Sunny", stepfather Issac Bullock Sr., son Kenneth Arnold, stepson Ronald Pearson, and stepdaughter London Arnold.
He had a life well lived and his legacy will continue to live on through his family.
