Margaret D. Cadden, 91 of Harpursville and Afton died Sun. Aug. 15, 2021 at Brookdale Vestal West. She was predeceased by her husband, Joseph A. Cadden, whom together operated Joe's Welding & Machine Shop on Route 7 in Harpursville for many years.
She is survived by many nieces and nephews who know her affectionally as "Aunt Midgie".She was predeceased and the youngest in the family of 9, Mary, Anna, Josephine, Veronica, Joseph, Agnes, Rudy, and Louise.
Funeral Services will be held at the Osterhoudt-Madden Funeral Home 69-71 Maple Street Harpursville on Thurs Aug. 26, 2021 at 12 noon. Burial will be in Riverview Cemetery, Harpursville. The family will receive friends at the Osterhoudt-Madden Funeral Home on Thurs. Aug. 26, 2021 from 10 a.m. to 12 noon prior to service. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to a charity of one's choice. Online condolences may be made at: www.omaddenfh.com.
