MATTHEW R. FOLEY of Springfield, IL died October 10, 2020 at the age of 53. A manager of Kirlin-Egan and Butler Funeral Home for 19 years, he founded the Central Illinois Trade Services in 2006, which he operated until the time of his death. Through his work with C.I.T.S., Foley assisted in serving families at Ellinger-Kunz & Park Funeral Home for many years. He earned his A.A.S. in funeral service from the St. Louis Community College at Forest Park and was a member of the Illinois Funeral Directors Association and the National Funeral Directors Association.
