Maxine Vonna (Hutchison) Rankin, Age 89, Passed away November 23, 2022, in Siloam Springs, Arkansas. She was born to Orvil John Hutchison and Hazel Mae (DeBlock) Hutchison on July 23, 1933, in Siloam Springs, Arkansas. She met the love of her life, Ore Lee Rankin at church, and married him in 1949.
She was a homemaker in every sense, and she was military wife for twenty-one years while her husband served in the Air Force. Maxine was a very hard worker, she loved to cook, sew, and care for her family. She spent many nights praying for her children and her grandchildren, they were always in her thoughts. But most importantly, Maxine was a Christian first, she loved God, and devoted her life to Jesus Christ. People could see the love of God in everything she did, and the way she cared so dearly for her family.
Maxine is survived by her three daughters, Sharon Robinson and husband Tony, of Siloam Springs, Arkansas, Karen Fletcher and husband Douglas, of Siloam Springs, Arkansas, and Lesley Rankin, of Siloam Springs, Arkansas; her seven grandchildren, Danny Robinson and wife Christi, of Siloam Springs, Arkansas, Josh Robinson, of Siloam Springs, Arkansas, Lee Robinson, of Siloam Springs, Arkansas, Leon Fletcher and wife Tricia, of Indiana, Amanda Wright and husband Bryan, of Indiana, Melissa Pollard, and husband John, of Siloam Springs, Arkansas, and Darla Parum and husband David, of Siloam Springs, Arkansas; and her many great grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Orvil John Hutchison and Hazel Mae Hutchison; her husband Ore Lee Rankin; her brother William "Bill" Hutchison; and her sister Ordeania Smith.
Visitation will be held from 1:00-2:00 p.m. Tuesday, December 6th, 2022, at Wasson Funeral Chapel, Siloam Springs, Arkansas. Funeral Service will be 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, December 6th, 2022, at Wasson Funeral Chapel, Siloam Springs, Arkansas. With burial to follow at Wedington Cemetery, Wedington, Arkansas.
