Paul "Gabagaman" Kermode, 70, of Mt. Holly passed away on June 10, 2021 at his residence. He was born in Newark, NJ on December 18, 1950 to the late Frederick and Murel Ehmann Kermode. Paul was a retired U.S. Army Veteran serving in Desert Storm and Operation Iraqi Freedom as a Multiple Launch Rocket System (MLRS) operator. He loved his country and his favorite holiday was the 4th of July. Paul loved to shoot guns and reload his shells himself. He was also a Range Safety Officer at Elite Training Academy and an Assistant Teacher of middle school. His grandchildren called him "Gabagaman."
Survivors include his wife, Janice Kermode; children, Scott Kermode, Jacquelyn Kermode and husband Jacob Rayfield, Jessica Kermode, and Kristin Depinto and husband Rick; and 7 grandchildren, Jullian, Ashton, Jackson, Dakota, Angelo, Marco, and Mia.
A family gathering will be held Saturday, June 19, 2021 at 3:00 p.m. at Benson Funeral & Cremation Services, Mt. Holly.
