Rebecca “Becky” Jo Esquivel, at the age of 34 passed away on March 21, 2023, at her residence in Salt Lake City, Utah.
Becky graduated from West Jordan High School and went on to work for Qwest communication following the footsteps of her mother, aunt, and other relatives. Becky absolutely loved working with the public and providing a valuable service.
Becky loved her children and parents; they meant the world to her, spending most of her time with them. It is not without saying that she didn’t love all her family because she absolutely did.
From the outside looking in Becky was perfect; she suffered from Lupus and lived her life to the fullest of her abilities.
It is no secret that Becky loved the Oldies but goodies and being comfortable in her own environment. She leaves us with an important reminder “Family is all that truly matters” stay connected.
Becky is gracefully survived by her parents Andres I Esquivel and Marcella J Esquivel of Kearns, Utah; two children Aaliyah and Neftali (Junior) Trejo; six siblings: Andres J.R and Sidney Esquivel, Rosalie (Rose) and Buddy Romero, Raquel Esquivel and Mike Ysais, Juan Manuel Esquivel, Jimmy Martinez and Orlando and Lori Martinez; as well as many aunt and uncles, nieces and nephews, cousins and many friends.
She is also preceded in death by her loving grandparents, aunts and uncles and her baby brother.
Funeral Mass is scheduled for Friday, March 31, 2023, at 10 am at St Joseph Catholic Church, 514 24th Street, Ogden, Utah. A viewing will be held Thursday, March 30, 2023, from 6 to 8 pm with a Rosary at 7 pm at Aaron’s Mortuary, 496 24th Street, Ogden, Utah. Interment – Lindquist’s Memorial Gardens of the Wasatch, 1718 Combe Road, Ogden, Utah.
