He was born July 11, 1957 in St. Louis, the son of the late Ira B. and Arleen M. (Grothe) Marshall. He married Carmen Hiatt. She survives.
Besides his wife, he is survived by a son, Jimmy Atchley of Columbia, MO; two step-children: Randy (Melissa) Delgado of Wentzville, MO and Carlos (Mallory) Delgado of St. Charles, MO; three step-grandchildren: Amaris Delgado, Izaiah Delgado and Elizabeth Delgado; and three siblings: Kathi (Marty) Prochko of St. Louis, Patricia Marshall of Valley Park, MO and Dennis (Margie) Marshall of St. Louis, MO.
A memorial service will be held from 3:30 – 7:00 p.m. Saturday, December 30, 2023 at Echo Creek,1805 W. Meyer Road, Wentzville, MO.
