Susan Deidre Davis, 68, of Checotah, Oklahoma, passed away Sunday June 1, 2025, at her home. Deidre was born on January 12, 1957 in Oklahoma City, OK., the daughter of Charles Marion and Irena Sue (Olive) Wood. She married James Edward Davis on August 12, 1989. They were happily married for thirty-four years.
Survivors include her daughter Deiandra Davis of Checotah and partner Luis Jacques, son Raymond Davis and partner Andrea Milne of Eufaula, adopted son Christopher Plumley of Oklahoma City, OK. grandchildren Little Bear and Cree Cree, Braxton & Raven; brother, Charles Andrew Wood and wife Marcia of Virginia; sisters, Catherine Sloan of California. She is preceded in death by her parents Charles and Irena Wood, her husband James Davis, one brother Johnny Ray & one sister Ramona Dillard.
