Tim was born April 27, 1960 in Flint, Michigan to the late Lester and Virginia (Laubrich) Knorr Jr. He grew up in Clio, Michigan and graduated from Clio High School with the class of 1978. Tim also graduated from Baker College with a Bachelor's Degree in Business. He proudly served his country in the US Navy. On April 17, 1982 he married Denise R. Jones in Clio, Michigan. Prior to his retirement in 2000, Tim worked for GM as a CNC Operator for 14 years. He was also a Committee Representative with the UAW Local 651. He enjoyed fishing, deer hunting, trapping, and riding motorcycles. Tim was an avid chess player, a licensed builder and a car enthusiast.
Surviving are: wife, Denise Knorr; children, Jeff (Jessica) Knorr, Tiffany Walker, Kimberly (William) Long; grandchildren, Katie Knorr, Kayleigh Knorr, Kelsey Knorr, Emily Knorr, Jacob Long, Tristen Walker, Alyssa Knorr, Joshua Long, Justin Ellis, Kaitlyn Knorr; brother, Gerald (Tammy) Knorr; sister, Jennifer Knorr; mother in law, Helen Jones; several niece and nephews.
