Ms. Lawson was born January 13, 1941 in Atlanta, Georgia to Mr. George Palmer and Mrs. Valda Jewell Morris Palmer. She worked in the warehouse at Owens and Minor. She is a long time member of New Georgia Baptist Church.
Ms. Lawson was preceded in death by: Husband, Mr. Ronnie Lee Lawson; Parents, Mr. and Mrs. George (Jewell Morris) Palmer.
Ms. Lawson is survived by: Daughter, Mrs. Latan Gravett (Randall); Son, Mr. Mark K. Lawson; grandchildren, Lanna Gravett, Landon Gravett.
Funeral Services for Ms. Lawson will be Wednesday, October 11, 2023, 2:00 P.M. at Benson Funeral Home Chapel. Dr. Keith Stell will officiate. Interment will follow at New Georgia Baptist Church Cemetery.
Visitation for Ms. Lawson will be Wednesday, October 11, 2023, 12:00-2:00 at Benson Funeral Home.
