Larry J. Kohr, 63, of Peru, passed away, Tuesday, February 21, 2023 at St. Margaret's Health, Spring Valley.
A Celebration of Life will be held 11:00 AM Friday, February 24, 2023 at the Mueller Funeral Home, Peru with Pastor Cameron Graper of Ax Church officiating. Visitation will be from 10-11:00 AM Friday at the funeral home.
Larry was born June 14, 1959 in Peru to Richard and Rosemary (Preiser) Kohr. He married Lori Dean on February 27, 1982 in Peru. Larry worked as a laborer foreman for Ladd Construction until retirement.
Survivors include his wife, Lori of Peru; three daughters, Staci (Andrew) Wood of Ladd, Lisa Kohr of Peru and Becki Kohr of Oglesby; two grandchildren, Charlie Wood and Erin Kohr; two brothers, David (Mary) Kohr of Jonesville and Jess (Michelle) Kohr of Oglesby; five sisters, Leslie (Bob) Claggett of Spring Valley, Jamie (Richard) Stone of Port Charlotte, FL, Stephanie Holt of Texas, Sharon (Doug) Stone of Wisconsin and Julie Kohr of Spring Valley and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Michael Kohr.
Memorial contributions may be directed to the family.
