Earl Orth Obituary
Melbourne - Earl R. Orth, 88, of Melbourne, KY passed away on May 18, 2021 at Hospice of Cincinnati Blue Ash, OH. He was a Wood Pattern Maker before his retirement. His passion for woodworking was with him his entire life, still having a wood shop in his later years. Earl enjoyed playing golf in his free time. He proudly served in the United States Army during the Korean War. He was preceded in death by his wife, Jo A. Orth (nee Benedict), parents, Joseph and Agnes Orth and two brothers. Earl is survived by his daughter, Judy Sams, son, Dave Orth, daughter, Lisa (Perry) Davis, daughter, Laura (Rob) Hibbard, sister, Agnes Dressing, four grandchildren, two great grandchildren. Visitation 12:30 pm to 2:00 pm, Friday, May 21, 2021 at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 6833 Four Mile Rd., Melbourne, Kentucky. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 2:00 pm. Burial will take place in the St Joseph Church Cemetery. Memorials are suggested to St. Joseph Catholic Church, 6833 Four Mile Road, Melbourne, KY 41059. Online condolences can be given at www.dmefuneral.com. Dobbling, Muehlenkamp-Erschell Funeral Home serving the family.
