My sympathy to Nelms family. I worked with Norm during the reconstruction of Empress/Hollywwod Casino Joliet. He was a true gentleman and I always enjoyed his professionalism and collaborative nature. I was so sorry to hear of his passing.

Karen & family,
Please accept my deepest and most heartfelt condolences at the loss of your beloved Norm. His passing leaves an emptiness for all of us fortunate enough to have known him, and work with him. He was a friend as well as colleague, and on occasion a big brother. I held him in highest regard and respect... I'll never be able to think of "Chicken Parm" without the fondest memories of Norm. My thoughts and prayers are with you.
