JEFFREY J. GUERIN Age 49, a resident of Boynton Beach since 1970 died unexpectedly on Saturday, March 7, 2009 at his home. He was originally from Bellingham, Massachusetts, a graduate of Atlantic High School in Delray Beach and was employed by Home Depot in Delray Beach for the past twelve years. He is survived by his wife, Paula; son, Reed; daughters, Katie and Elizabeth of Boynton Beach; two sisters, Jo-Ann Espanet of Boynton Beach; Marie (Leon) Traylor of Mineral Bluff, Georgia; six brothers, David of Summerville, South Carolina; Leonard and Thomas (Marge) of Mineral Bluff, Georgia; Hubert of Johnston, Rhode Island; Fr. Louis of Boynton Beach; and Michael (Joan) of Palm Beach Gardens as well as a large extended family. Jeffrey lived to love his children and took great pride in their personal accomplishments and the quality of their character. He was a man of deep personal faith. He had great respect for his many co-workers at Home Depot and was greatly appreciative of their friendship and support. Visitation will be Wednesday, March 11, 2009 from 3-5 and 7-9 PM at Scobee-Combs-Bowden Funeral Home, corner of U.S. Hwy. #1 & N.E. 15th Ave., Boynton Beach. A Mass of the Resurrection will be celebrated by his brother Fr. Louis Guerin on Thursday, March 12, 2009 at 12 Noon at St. Thomas More Catholic Church, 10935 South Military Trail, Boynton Beach. Following the Mass, Jeffrey will be interred with his parents at Our Lady Queen of Peace Catholic Cemetery, Royal Palm Beach. In lieu of flowers, Jeffrey requested that his brother, Fr. Louis set up a Trust for his children. Memorials can be sent to him at St. Vincent de Paul Regional Seminary, 10701 South Military Trail, Boynton Beach, FL 33436. My condolences to the entire Guerin family. My thoughts and prayers are with you all. I too knew Jeff from back in the Sand & Sea days and know that we have all come a long way since that time. My condolences to the entire Guerin family. I new Jeff from back in the Sand and Sea days. I always admired Jeff, and will always remember him as a tough hard working guy. Also as a guy with a big heart. After twenty plus years I can still hear his laughter. I never got to meet his wife and children. I can only wish them many years of blessings, knowing that having Jeff in there life for the time they had together could only create special people. God bless you all.

We worked with Jeff for 5 years and he always mentioned his children and how he was so proud of them. We will miss him so much at work, he had a quiet dignity and was so respectful and respected. It's been quite a while since I've seen Jeff but just the other night I had a reunion of sorts with two other close friends from Sand & Sea and we talked about some of the "old times" which of course included Jeff. I awoke this am to a phone call from my brother with the news of Jeff. I was saddened and wanted to give my condolences to his family and friends. I am very sorry for your loss. I have not seen or spoken to Jeff in many years, but I remember him dearly. I used to live in Sand & Sea and Jeff was one of my friends; I sat today and pulled out my photo albums and read several notes/cards that Jeff had given to me. He was a wonderful guy back then and I wish I had gotten to know the man but the memories I have will be cherished. My thoughts and prayers are with his family at this time.
