Adelaide A. Golden
Adelaide A. Golden, 79, formerly of Dillsburg, beloved mother, went to be with the Lord, Tuesday, March 4th, 2008 at Claremont Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, Carlisle.
Adelaide was born in Harrisburg on February 24, 1929, the daughter of the late Harry and Susan (Hoyer) Drake.
She was a member of Bowmansdale Church of God.
She was the widow of Raymond Golden, Jr.
Adelaide is survived by her 2 sons, Harry R. Golden and his wife Diane of Mechanicsburg, and Gerald L. Golden and his wife Edna of Dillsburg; her sister Betty Lowe of New Cumberland; and her 2 grandchildren, Bryan and Danielle, and 2 great grandchildren.
A Memorial Service will be held in the Myers Funeral Home, Mechanicsburg, at 11:30 a.m. on Monday, March 10th, with the Reverend Dr. Michael C. Walker officiating. There will be a visitation Monday from 10:30 - 11:30 at the funeral home. Burial will be in Indiantown Gap National Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Claremont Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, 375 Claremont Drive, Carlisle, PA 17013.

Gerry and Harry and families. Your Mother was special. She knew the Dutchmaid Clothing line in and out. Even when she wasnt well, she served coffee and cookies (even a graham cracker). May God bless you and yours.
