Dear Bill and Karen,
We are so sorry to hear of the loss of your Mom, Eileen. She was such a lovely and friendly lady. We enjoyed each time we were able to share family celebrations with her.
Losing a parent is such a difficult time. Our prayers are with you while you cope with your loss.

Though I never had the pleasure of meeting this lovely lady, I know from the remarks made that she must have been very special to a lot of folks, and will be sorely missed.
