Joy was well- loved by the Trooper Nation. Our friendship started as 3rd graders at Miller School. We were neighbors and friends. Joy was always fun to be around. She will be missed by all Troopers. RIH

I never met Joy unless you consider her visiting Pittsburgh as a toddler. I communicated with her on Facebook after I found her during a search for family for a Blakey Family Reunion. Her Facebook showed her as a "fashionista" and a great cook. She left before we could hug each other. My condolences to the family.
