My heart is heavy as my friend has gone home to be with the Lord. Wanda was a good hearted & kind person. She raised her sister kids & that was an enormous task for anyone. She fought the good fight but grew weary. So my friend take your rest, peace & know "job well done". Will miss you when I come to Milwaukee & thank you for always being there for me. Love you always my Lil Sis.

On behalf of the Froebel Class of 1968 we offer our deepest sympathy in the death but heavens gain of our beloved classmates. Once again our chain has been broken by death not the love we have for our classmates. We pray God gives her family the strength they need at this difficult hour. On behalf of all your Classmates of Froebel 1968 and class President Douglas Havens. Flame and Blue forever.

I was very sorry to hear of the passing of a friend I've known from the old neighborhood Madison and Monroe street in Gary. Wanda was a beautiful person and had the personality to match. I remember the love she gave when Toni passed carrying for her children. I went to school with her I believe from kdg until we graduated in 1968. Wanda will be missed at the class events her smile ,funny conversation but most of all her presence. I pray for strength for her family in the days ahead. Flame and Blue forever.
