Another year is approaching and I don't know how I made it this far without you. Life could be better but I won't complain. I often find myself using your different quotes on Makenna lol. " You eat to live, not live to eat" lolI make it a priority that she knows who you are and how special of a person you were. I haven't met a soul yet who can match your energy, personality and strength. I love you dad and miss you more than words can explain. Continue to get your rest we got it driver ❤

Hey PaPa , today is March 13th 2025 . 13 years later & the wound still feel fresh. I woke up this morning because I had the most vivid dream of you & I can’t pinpoint why, but I’m grateful I did because in my dream YOU WERE HERE, you were present, you were still my PaPa. I’m now 27 with my own kids and I wished you were here to meet them, gawwwd you would have loved them & they are boys lol all you wanted. It’s been tough out here and nothing is the same. The house isn’t the same, there’s no cowboy westerns anymore or going to the store and getting the Pick 3 for you. I really miss you

The world has lost a giant of a man. My memories of Willie was from our Lee Moving time working together. Whenever we need a VIP moved, we knew who was needed on the job and that was Willie. Willie never let us down.

Willie always called me 5 4. When we got our nextel phones many years ago the first time I called him, I used the old comedy show title to call him, I said Car 54 Where Are You? From that day forward, even in our recent phone calls he always said 5 4 how you doing. I will miss my friend, but I am glad he no longer has to suffer.

5 4 over and out for the last time.

R.I.P DAD. I LOVE YOU!

•God saw you getting tired and a cure was not to be. So He put His arms around you and whispered "Come to Me." With tearful eyes we watched you, and saw you pass away. Although we loved you dearly, we could not make you stay. A golden heart stopped beating, hardworking hands at rest. God broke our hearts to prove to us, He only takes the best.

God looked around his Garden and found an empty place.
He then looked down upon his earth and saw your loving face.

He put his arms around you and lifted you to rest.
His Garden must be beautiful, he always takes the best.
He knew that you were suffering, he knew you were in pain.
And knew that you would never get well on earth again.
He saw your path was difficult, he closed you tired eyes,
He whispered to you "Peace be Thine" and gave you wings to fly.
When we saw you sleeping so calm and free of pain,
We would not wish you back to earth to suffer once again.
You've left us precious memories, your love will be our guide,
You live on through your children, you're always by our side.
It broke our hearts to lose you, but you did not go alone.
For part of us went with you on the day God called you home will miss you my brother sleep in peace

I love you dad..it seems like today is actually harder than initially finding out..got up early this morning because I'm so used to getting up to see you in the hospital before I go to work..I love you so much and I'm glad you fought for so long..you didn't let it take you down the first time..I'm pretty positive it was a tough and difficult fight or otherwise I know in my heart you would still be here with us..it sucks because you have always been the household's protector, strongest, and most dedicated man I know so it was very surprising that you lost this battle. I'm so glad you were able to make it to the family reunion because even with the medical issues and pain you still enjoyed yourself..me and mommy thanked dr. k for that because probably any other doctor wouldn't have allowed it given the circumstances..it's going to be hard to walk around this house everyday with no cowboy westerns on the tv, someone trying to find out what the pick 3 was for the lottery, or just hearing your voice..I love you dad..
