Michael Ford Obituary
Michael Joseph Ford died on June 15, 2024. He was born on Jan. 27, 1948 to John and Harriett Maney Ford. Michael was a resident of Glastonbury, but he grew up in Wallingford where he graduated from Lyman Hall High School where, he was Sr. Class President. He also attended So. CT. State University.
He loved cars and made his living restoring them. He especially enjoyed restoring antique cars.
Michael was well-read and loved reading the N.Y. Times, daily. He was thoughtful and kind and supportive of his family and friends. Often, he entertained us by making up Limericks and songs. Cheerful and positive was his nature.
He is survived by his life-long partner Paricia Howard, his daughter Megan, and his siblings, Patrice Fogarty, Brian Ford, and Leona Ford.
A kind and loving light has gone out in our world with the passing of Michael Ford.
He will always be remembered fondly by his family and many friends.

I´m so sad to hear of Mike´s passing. I´m sending out prayers to comfort his family. I knew him in high school, I lived in a house in Wallingford and he and his father lived in the separate living quarters downstairs. Rest in peace, Mike.

I have known Mike for many years, I´m so sad to hear that he has passed away. We rode the bus together to Lyman Hall many years ago.
