Celestino Perdigao Obituary

Fairfield

May 14, 1912 - September 1, 2007

Celestino "Nunes" Perdigao passed away after a long illness on Saturday, September 1, 2007. He was born in Aveiro, Portugal on May 14, 1912 and has lived in the USA for the past 78 years and resided in Fairfield for the past 53 years. During his lifetime, he was a rancher and commercial/ residential investor. He was also a member of the U.P.E.E.C. Portuguese Society.

He is survived by his wife, Esmeralda of 69 years; sons, George and wife, Carolyn and Victor and wife, Angela and was preceded in his death by his son, Tino. Grandchildren are Mike Perdigao, Toni Beauchamp, Chris Perdigao, Nicholas Perdigao, Jaclyn Perdigao and Garrett Perdigao. Great-grandchildren are Pryce Perdigao, Lindsey Beauchamp, Ryder Perdigao, Cooper Perdigao and Jenna Beauchamp.

A viewing will be Thursday, September 6, 2007 from 5:00 to 7:00 pm. at Bryan-Braker Funeral Home, 1850 West Texas St., Fairfield, CA 94533 (707 425-4697). A Mass of Christian Burial will be conducted on Friday, September 7, 10:00 a.m. at Holy Spirit Catholic Church, Father Michael Downey officiating, with entombment following at Fairmont Memorial Park, 1901 Union Ave., Fairfield, CA.
