Jeffrey Scarborough
November 10, 1966 - April 3, 2014
Jeffrey was born in San Mateo, CA., loved life and was very independent. He liked to walk outdoors and go to McDonalds. He was developmentally disabled. He was excited to get his wish to ride Fire Truck #1!
He is survived by his mother Judy, two sisters Joanne Sinclair of Anderson, Betty Hogle of Oregon and one brother Sean Scarborough of Happy Valley, 7 nieces and nephews.
Memorial service will be Saturday, April 26, at 3:00 p.m. at Mountain Vistas I corner of Peppertree and Hilltop.
