Jimmy and family,
I didn't know your dad personally, but my dad and many members of the Esposito family knew him well. I remember seeing him puttering around the River St. home. So sad that we are loosing these amazing people, the 1st generation Italian-Americans and members of the "Greatest Generation". My prayers go out to your family.

Trapeni family,
So glad I got to see Jim before I came back to Fl.and while he was still at Loretta Home. He said he was my 2nd dad because I've known him since I was about 8. The old River St. days were great and your dad was the mayor. Here it is 50 years later and he was still there for me. He had a great sense of humor and I just respected him and loved him like the dad he was.

March 18, 2014

I only got to know your dad last spring but I will forever cherish the memory of our walks across the street to the church. The warmth of his soul and his infectious smile were gifts to all around him. Thank you for sharing your dad with me. Bonnie Webster

Palma, sorry for the lss of your Father. He was quite the character. He always spoke to me when I would run into him in a grocery store. He knew I was a Denardo but thought I was Andy Denardo's sister. I had to remind him I was a lot younger! May God bless him.

So sorry to hear of Jim"s passing. We are in Florida to return in April. I had many conversations with Jimmy all uplifting. He always associated me as father of my son who was coached in baseball by Mr. Gonyea and who used the catchers mitt of Mr. & Mrs. Gonyea son. Whenever Jimmy spoke to me he always mentioned the boy. They are both together now and I'm sure Jim must be happy about that. God Bless You Jim.
