First met you in 72 or 73. My mother Joyce Hayes Fortney being your first cousin introduced us. You were the coolest cousin I had! Wished I could have come back west again to see you. Always asked about you. You are dearly missed and loved!!

My heart is heavy and sad my long-time friend. I will always cherish the memories, all the fun times and laugher we shared. Your sweet sister gave me, a part of you, that I will take to Charger and Padre games, Del Mar race track, Street Scene (if it returns) and all the places we had enjoyed together. Your work baseball cap hangs on my coat rack so you will forever be present in my heart and thoughts. I will miss you so. But until we meet again, rest in peace my dear friend, even thou I know you are dancing in the heavens above.
With love, Lorrie

Even though we didn't drink together all the time, I will certainly never forget you! My fondest memory was when all the boys lifted your work truck onto dollies, moved it around back, & padded and shrink wrapped the whole thing!! The turn out the following morning to see your reaction when you thought your truck was stolen was priceless!!!! You were such a good sport when you saw the work the guys did on that truck!! Good times in the Birdcage!!! Rest in peace Chuck.

May peace be with you Chuck,I enjoyed your brand of humor and the many stories you told,it lightened my work day and the mood on the job a lot of times, thank you for being you. I hope you know that I got such a kick out of all the phrases you came up with on the job such as,"shut it down","take it easy on these boys",and everyone's favorite,"becareful with that BONE CHINA"! Chuck you were and are a one of a kind. May you rest in peace and may peace be with you Chuck.

Rest in Peace Chuck. Thanks for the good times and being my friend and mentor. Im sorry we never had a chance to have that last beer. Words like "bone china", "density",and "shut it down boys" will always remind me of the Sullivan days. RIP "Shed Me"

To my old & dear friend,

Even though we've changed and we're all finding our own place in the world, we all know that when the tears fall or the smile spreads across our face, we'll come to each other because no matter where we are today & where this crazy world takes us, nothing will ever change so much to the point where we're not all still friends. I will never forget how you made me smile, the laughs and the fun we had going out dancing when we were young.

I am missing you deeply!
With Love, Donna Jean (Dailey)Whatley
