Albert Abram Obituary
September 18, 2010
Albert J. Abram, 69, of 113 Hickory Drive, Norwegian Woods, Pottsville, passed away Saturday at Genesis Eldercare Schuylkill Center.
Born in Pottsville, Aug. 22, 1941, he was a son of the late Helen Dobrolsky and George Abram.
He was a 1959 graduate of Nativity BVM High School. He was a veteran who served in the Navy.
Albert is survived by his wife, Jacqueline Gilbert Abram; two brothers, George Abram and his wife, Bernadette, Berwick, and Robert Abram and his wife, Janet, Newtown, Conn.; a sister, Diane Abram, Selingsgrove; nieces and nephews.
Religious services will be held at Mahal-Ritzel Funeral Home Inc., Minersville, at 11 a.m. Wednesday. Friends may call at the funeral home from 9 a.m. Wednesday until the time of service. Interment will be in Mount Peace Cemetery. Mahal-Ritzel Funeral Home Inc., Minersville, is in charge of the arrangements.

Sorry to hear about your brother, Al.
Besides being a New Philly neighbor, we also graduated from Nativity in '59. Binny went to seen him this year with Ed Kasper.

We are so sorry to hear the news about Al. He will be in our thoughts and prayers. We had a mutual interest in and enjoyed talking about the hawks (St. Joseph Basketball). We will miss him.

grew up together and he was one of my heros .. Just now thinking
of the Superbowl we attended in Los Angeles. I will miss him.
