Daryl was like a 2nd father to me. I really miss him

October 7, 2019

It is with sadness I have noticed this in October 2019. When I practiced law in Washington state I had many occasions to work with Darrel on insurance matters. He was intelligent, always on his game, a man's man. He was a great ally if he was on your side and a great opponent if he wasn't. After any case however he was always Darrell, exuberant, personable, and fun. He accomplished much for insureds and insurers in Washington state and I will remember him with fondness and respect.

Darrell was the consummate professional with a sense of humor and joy of life that made him a pleasure to work with. I have missed him.
