Stoyan Tanev Obituary
Stoyan Dimitrov Tanev passed away on October 11, 2016 after a brief illness in Mesa, AZ. He is preceded in death by his parents Radka and Dimiter Tanev, and sister Vanya Genchev. Stoyan was a deeply spiritual man and he spent many years as a Jehovah Witness. He had a deep love for his God Jehovah and always shared the hope of perfect life on earth with those who would listen. He believed strongly in the resurrection hope. He was a beloved Son, Father, Husband, Dedo (Grandfather), Uncle, Cousin and Friend to all. He touched countless lives with his generosity, kindness and humor. He was a humble man who never held a grudge. He is survived by his former wife Elisa and their 5 children: Daniel, Mitko, Rachel, Natasha and Larissa. He is also survived by 10 Grandchildren: Dominique, Alex, Leilani, Ethan, Demitri, Kai, Olivia, Patrick, Emily & Jeremiah. He is also survived by his sister Lucy and nephews Radev (Radi), and Ivailo and many cousins in Bulgaria. You will be forever missed and loved, "vee vill" see you again Daddy.

We are very sad to hear the news of Stoyans passing. We had not seen him in many years but we have very fond memories of the times we had together. We went to his home quite a few times and he and his family came to ours. He was always up for some good conversation and liked to laugh and see others enjoying life. From the picture posted he did not age a bit and still had that great smile.
We hope his impressive family are able to find comfort and peace knowing that he lived quite a life.
