Jane Frances Bowe

Jane Frances Age 83 of 109 Biltmore Drive Horseheads, NY passed away on Wednesday December 12, 2001 at St. Joseph's Hospital. Mrs. Bowe was born October 17, 1918 in Brooklyn, NY the daughter of the late Lawrence A. and Jenny McCabe Powers. Jane married her husband, Eugene J. Bowe, on June 20, 1949 and they recently celebrated their 52nd Wedding Anniversary on June 20, 2001. Mrs. Bowe was a communicant of St. Mary Our Mother Church in Horseheads, NY. Jane was pre-deceased by her parents, her sister, Helen Powers, and her brother, Frank Powers. She is survived by her loving and devoted husband, Eugene J. Bowe and her six loving children Eugene J. (Judy) Bowe Jr. of Fishkill, NY, Anne Bowe Golino & Raymond Golino of Sandy Hook, CT, Mary Bowe Torrans & David Torrans of Fredericksburg, VA, Barbara Bowe of Brighton, MA, Michael Bowe of Elmira, NY and Paul (Lisa) Bowe of Cicero, NY; grandchildren: Brian Bowe, Allison Bowe, Gregory Golino, Alexandra Bowe, and Emily Bowe; brother: Bud Powers of Ivoryton, CT; sister: Mary Powers of Floral Park, NY; several nieces, nephews, and a host of caring friends. It was Mrs. Bowe's wish that there be no prior calling hours. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial on Saturday, December 15, 2001 at 1 PM at St. Mary Our Mother Church, 816 W. Broad St. Horseheads, NY. The Rev. Robert C. MacNamara will be the Celebrant of Mrs. Bowe's Funeral Mass. Interment in St. Mary Our Mother Cemetery in Horseheads, NY.
