To the Bullington Family. I am saddened to hear of the passing of Tom. He and I worked together for a number of years at the Criminal Justice Division of the Governor's Office. He was a special individual who will always be fondly remembered for his wit, advice and wonderful personality. May he rest in eternal peace.

Mr. T you will always have a place in my heart, you were a great man! The last words you told me on the phone ring in my ear "we've had a good run you and me". I pray you are reaping all the heavenly rewards that you deserve. 20 years went by fast, it won't be the same at work without you. I will miss you dearly!

To the Bullington Family: You are in Ed and my thoughts and prayers. Tom and I worked together at the Sheriffs' Association for over 10 years. He and Martha were very dear to us both. Tom and I wrote the first Legistative Book together; both of us with no knowledge of computers. It was quite an ordeal! I will always remember him and the many laughs we had while working together. He was a very dear and special person and friend. I can see him and Martha now playing bridge together. God bless each one of you. He loved you very much.......................Ed and Charlotte Richards
