David Glenn McNaughton

1931 - 2022

David Glenn McNaughton, 91, of Harrisburg, PA, passed away peacefully on October 24, 2022, at the Colonial Park Care Center.

Born March 12, 1931, in Dubois PA, he was the son of the late Orrin and Daisy McNaughton.

David served honorably in the United States Army and was a Korean War Veteran. He retired as a letter carrier with the United States Postal Service and was a 50-year union member. David was a volunteer at the Hershey Medical Center, with their physical therapy department. In his spare time, he liked to bowl and was a member of the Red Crown Bowling League.

David was preceded in death by his loving wife, Maude, brother Orrin and Frank McNaughton, and his sister, Myrna Harris.

Surviving him are his son, Andrew, and his wife Angela, daughters Laura and Lois; brother Samuel, and his wife Nancy, five grandchildren; Adaira McNaughton, Alaina McNaughton, Kaila MacGinnes, and her husband, Beau, Isaiah Hicks and his wife, Leilani and Andrew McNaughton, Jr., as well as his great granddaughter, Adelina MacGinnes.

Relatives and friends are invited to join the family for his viewing from 10-11 a.m. on Monday, October 31, 2022, at the Hetrick-Bitner Funeral Home, followed by a funeral service at 11 a.m. with Rev. Eugene Liddick officiating. Burial will be held in Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens, Harrisburg.
