Judy, I am sorry for your loss. I'm sorry that I wasn't able to make the funeral for Owen. Owen was a wonderful person and I am so blessed that I knew him. I liked him the minute he entered my office for information on a real estate transaction. You both were fortunate that you found each other. I will think of you both often. Please take care of yourself and remember all the good times.

The only friend I knew that told two jokes for each one of mine! Great salesman and friend. To Owen the glass was never half empty, it was always half full.
Always positive.
Will miss you Owen.

Judy,
I remember the first commission check Owen received. I was still working at Transamerica Title on Washington Street, so this had to be somewhere before 1972.
He came in our office wearing a windbreaker type jacket and inside the jacket was "lots of $$) all in ones. He had cashed his first check and came i to show us he had a sale and was paid. One of my great happy memories of Owen.. He also is the only real estate agent that practically had the MLS book memorized. If you were looking for some particular property he would know !! I will always
have the memory of his smiling face as I knew him especially after I was at Virgil Adams Real Estate and so was he!
I regret that I had no knowledge of what you and he were going through.
I cannot be at the service, will be out of town - but thinking of you!

Judy--It was my privilege to have known Owen during my tenure at STARS. He was a gem of a man and delighted us with his good humor and gentle ways. It is also my pleasure to know you and to have witnessed your devotion and loving care of your husband. My thoughts and prayers are with you, especially at this time.

Judy, I am sorry to learn of your loss. I believe events in our lives happen for a reason and I'm sure the Lord placed you in Owen's life because He knew that you would be the best person for him. And now, as you and your family, as well as Owen's family, learn to live without him, I hope you have days filled with sunshine and loving memories.

To Judy and Family--Mom is in the adult family home (Lidia's) where Owen spent his last years. Dad visits mom daily, and so became acquainted with Owen, and I did, too. We want you to know that Owen was radiant with the love of life. We greeted him always, and the warm look in his eyes was a wonderful greeting back. Vasile at Lidia's explained Owen's background to dad, who is a vet from WW II, and dad shook Owen's hand as a fellow military man! Very sweet to see that. Owen was clearly happy. We know, Judy, that you treasure all the lovely memories you have with Owen. We feel honored to have known him, as well. We send you and your family all our love. --Pat and dad John
