Jerry S. Hutto, Jr. LEXINGTON Funeral services for Jerry S. Hutto, Jr., 76, of Lexington will be held at 2:00 p.m. at St. James Lutheran Church on Wednesday, April 6, 2016 with interment to follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 5, 2016 at Caughman-Harman Funeral Home, Lexington Chapel. Memorials may be made to St. James Lutheran Church, 1358 South Lake Drive. Lexington, SC 29073. Mr. Hutto was born in Lexington on September 29, 1939 and passed away on Monday, April 4, 2016. He was the son of the late Jerry Stancel Hutto, Sr. and Inawise Kyzer. He retired from Terminix as a Regional Manager. In addition to St. James Lutheran Church, Jerry was a member of Masonic Lodge 152 in Lexington, Columbia Scottish Rites, and Jamil Shrine. He was also a supporter for Lutheran Men in Mission, Committee of 100. He is survived by his son, Stan Hutto of Lexington; brothers Dale Hutto of Little Mountain; Anthony Hutto of Lexington and sister-in-law, Mertie Taylor of Greer. He was predeceased by his wife, Joanne Dyson Hutto. www.caughmanharmanfuneralhome.net.

Stan, You are in my thoughts and prayers. Your father sponsored me for Homecoming Queen since JoAnn could not do that as she was attending a different school. That was way back at Lexington High School. We remained friends throughout the years. He was a real sweetheart but I'm sure you know that too. I was so sorry to hear that he had passed.
