Mrs. Addison was born in Knoxville, TN, daughter of the late Jack Alexander McMillan and Jennie Irene Rochat McMillan. She was a member of Trinity Baptist Church, a homemaker and a former Worthy Matron of the Order of the Eastern Star, Chapter 98, Columbia, SC.
Surviving are her husband, Rufus Revere Addison; sons and daughter-in-law, Curtis Ray "Butch" (Linda) Goodwin III; Bryan Lee Goodwin; daughter and son-in-law, Kimberly Faye (Greg) Goodwin Spires; sisters, Dorothy Riley and Norma Corley; brothers, Ralph McMillan and James McMillan; brother-in-law, Paul A. Goodwin; grandchildren: Christopher Goodwin, Lauren Goodwin, Alix Goodwin, Austin Spires and Allie Spires. She was predeceased by her first husband, Curtis Ray Goodwin, Jr.; a daughter, Terry Jane Goodwin; and a sister-in-law, Jackie Wellons.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Trinity Baptist Church, 2003 Charleston Highway, Cayce, SC 29033. Milton Shealy Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.
