Tracy Davis Obituary

Tracy Davis

August 11, 1965 - October 13, 2023

Simpsonville, South Carolina - Tracy Rogers Davis joined her LORD and Savior on Friday, October 13, 2023, after a brief but valiant battle with cancer. She was born August 11, 1965, in Columbia, SC to Earline David Rogers and the late Franklin D. Rogers.

While Tracy was a CPA and spent many years professionally in tax accounting, her passion and purpose in life was to serve and bless others. This was displayed as a mother to her daughters, as a helper and comforter to the homeless and downtrodden, and as a friend, servant and confidant to the many people she worked for and with across multiple organizations throughout South Carolina and beyond.

Tracy is survived by her husband Michael Davis of Simpsonville, SC; her daughters Lauren Davis of Columbia, SC and Andrea Davis of Blythewood, SC; her mother Earline Rogers of Irmo, SC; and her sister Karen Bingham (Eddie) of Inman, SC; and her nieces and nephews.

Tracy donated her body to Medcure to further medical research and education as her final act of love and service. Therefore, no formal viewing nor interment services will be held.

In lieu of flowers, the family has requested memorial donations be made to Keepin' It Real Ministries, 1037 Elmwood Ave, Box 11, Columbia, SC 29201.
