Leslie K.
Leslie K. French, age 55, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, April 8, 2016, in The Toledo Hospital. She was born December 14, 1960, to William and Janet Stewart. She graduated from Ottawa Hills High School and Miami University of Oxford, OH. Leslie was a compassionate, warm, loving person. She had an enormous heart and would help anyone in need. She enjoyed the outdoors, gardening and reading, but she truly loved nothing more than her family. We will miss her deeply. We know that she is at peace.
Leslie is survived by her sons, James (Megan) French and Christopher French; mother, Janet Stewart; sister, Linda (Phillip) Dionyssiou; brother, William (Gail) Stewart; grandsons, Brady, Owenn and Elias; and numerous other family and friends. She was preceded in death by her father and grandparents.
There will be no visitation and services will be private. The family requests that any memorials be in the form of donations to Arrowhead Behavioral Health, 1725 Timberline, Maumee, Ohio 43537 or the Alzheimer's Association of Northwest Ohio, 2500 N. Reynolds Rd., Toledo, Ohio 43615. Arrangements by Walker Funeral Home and condolences may be sent to the family at

I am so sad to hear this news. Leslie was a good friend in high school and made me laugh alot. I have a great memory of a spending spring break on Sanibel Island her senior year. We were all staying at the same hotel and the OH group had an amazing time. My heart felt condolences to her family including her mother, Linda and Bill.
