Quadré Cook Obituary

Quadré Trevin Cook, 25, of Jeannette, died Saturday, June 16, 2018. He was born Sept. 30, 1992, in Greensburg, a son of Deborah L. Cook, of Jeannette, and the late Dwayne Jacobs. He graduated in 2010 from Greensburg Salem High School and was a member of First Unity Church of God in Christ. Prior to opening his dog training business, he had worked as a packer for UPS in Youngwood. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his maternal grandfathers, Theodore R. Cook Sr. and Harvey T. Berger Sr.; his paternal grandmother, Olester Jacobs; an aunt, Sylvia Thompson; and an uncle, Randall Cook. In addition to his mother, he is survived by his maternal grandmother, Dolores (Cook) Berger; his cherished daughter, Amiera Cook, who had his heart; his love and mother of Amiera, Alexandra Williams, of Greensburg; his sister, Dr. Quindelyn Cook-Henderson (Dr. Cory Henderson), of Chapel Hill, N.C.; three brothers, Dwayne and Harvey Jacobs, both of Clairton, and Jermaine Jacobs, of Atlanta, Ga.; his devoted aunt, Rebecca Cook, of Washington; two uncles, Theodore Cook, of Jeannette, and Jeffery Berger, of Greensburg; cousin, Sasha Garland, of Jeannette; his special cousin, Kayla Cook, of Myrtle Beach, S.C.; and several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends are invited to celebrate the life of Quadré from 4 to 8 p.m. Monday in the CLEMENT L. PANTALONE FUNERAL HOME INC., 409 W. Pittsburgh St., Greensburg, PA 15601, (724) 837-0020. A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday in the funeral home with Elder Reed Moore officiating. Interment will follow in Hillview Cemetery, Greensburg.
