Wilbert Coffman Obituary

Wilbert G. Coffman, 73, of Connellsville, passed away unexpectedly Thursday, Nov. 5, 2009, in UPMC Shadyside. He was born March 15, 1936, in White, a son of the late Stanley and Edith (White) Coffman. Wilbert was a longtime resident of Connellsville and was an Army veteran. He was the owner and operator of Coffman Graphics, in Connellsville. Wilbert was a member of the Laurel Arts Club and the Bullskin Township Historical Society. He attended Buchanan Church of God, in White. Wilbert will be sadly missed but fondly remembered by his daughters, Traci Cave and husband, Dan, of Virginia Beach, Va., and Lori Dolde and husband, Tom, of Connellsville; his grandchildren, Nathan and Taylor Cave, both of Virginia Beach, Va., and Jared, Alexis, Jessica and Michaela Dolde, all of Connellsville; his brothers, Ronald Coffman and wife, Esther, of Normalville, Gilbert Coffman and wife, Pat, of North Royalton, Ohio, and Stanley Coffman and wife, Cheryl, of Aurora, Colo.; his sisters, Joyce Coffman, Linda Crenner and husband, Richard, and Karen Coffman, all of Connellsville; and his sister-in-law, Rose Coffman, of Sterling Heights, Mich. In addition to his parents, Wilbert was predeceased by his wife, Irene Marie (Omatick) Coffman, in 2001; his brother, Wendell W. Coffman; and his sister, Audrey Coffman. Family and friends will be received from 2 to 9 p.m. Saturday and noon to 9 p.m. Sunday in the BROOKS FUNERAL HOME INC., 111 E. Green St., Connellsville, where a funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, with the Rev. Timothy Beatty officiating.
