9/14/95 ~ 5/16/21 Preceded in death by her grand parents Jack and Helen "Petey" Burke, Patricia Banks-Billstrom and uncle, Mike Billstrom. Sarah was a beautiful and loving daughter, sister, niece, cousin, granddaughter, friend, and girlfriend. She had a deep, deep outpouring of love for her family, friends, and all who knew her. She made an impact on anyone she met and had a gift of instantly making another friend. The very essence of Sarah was shown through her sense of grace, strength of character, and love for others. Sarah gave unconditional support and empathy and was a voice for those who had none. She helped people feel at ease with her quick wit and dry sense of humor. Sarah had a beautiful and adventurous spirit. She was always up for a new challenge and overcame any obstacle with sheer will and determination. Her physical presence may be gone but she will always be in the hearts and minds of her parents, Dennis and Kathy; sister, Katie; and boyfriend Parker, along with her many relatives and friends. Visitation 4-8 PM Monday, May 31 at Willwerscheid Funeral home, 1167 Grand Ave., St. Paul with a prayer service and sharing of memories beginning at 6:00 PM.
