He will always be remembered as one of the greatest Chiefs in North Tonawanda Volunteer and Paid Department, but it will be a big loss to the Community but most of all His Family. Rest in Peace and GOD BLESS Thank you for everything.

May Joe rest in peace. Thank you for sharing Joe with the Fire Service in New York State. As I sit hear in the memorial service of the New York State Fire Chiefs, to whom Joe served so very well. God Bless all those who Joe leaves behind. RIP Joe.
